Who is the shop owner? How can I get in contact?

The PRP Online Shop is owned by Paul Raymond & Sandra Sass.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

 

However some countries might charge customs duties or other taxes. If you live in a Non-EU-Country please keep in mind that there could occur some extra costs that we have no control over..

 

How much is shipping & handling?

The shipping costs are depending on the actual weight of your purchase and the country you're located in. So they may vary as following: 

 

Germany: 0,00 € - 3,70 €

Europe: 3,20 € - 17,00 € 

Rest of the world: 3,70 €- 17,00 €

 

We only ship our mail with Deutsche PostYou can check their current prices HERE.

 

To all international buyers:

The total shipping costs for a regular purchase of a CD and a T-Shirt or Girlie-Shirt are 7,00 €. One CD per order is 3,20 € and up to 3 CD's in one package cost 3,70 € in shipping and handling.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept PAYPAL Payments.

 

Do you send registered mail? If yes, how much does that cost?

If you wish that your purchase will be shipped as registered (tracked) mail then please contact us in order to inform you of the extra costs or click on the link above to check the current Deutsche Post fares.

 

How fast do you ship?

We will ship Monday till Friday, usually within 1-3 work days after your order was placed.

Please keep in mind that we do not have control of how fast Deutsche Post / DHL will be working.  

 

Do you accept returns? If yes, where do I send my return to?

Generally we do not accept returns unless you contact us before returning your purchase.

In case of a return you will have to pay shipping costs.

What if I don’t receive my purchase or if it is damaged upon arrival? 

Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. We assure you that everything we ship is in a perfect condition and carefully packaged. However, if you want registered / tracked shipping just drop a note within the ordering process.
